Sealant application work has been carried out by Future Mastics Limited to the 9 new homes. Our skilled operatives have been busy applying sealants to the external and internal of the properties.
We’ve been carrying out work to external windows, doors and expansion joints using Everbuild 825 low modulus silicone sealant.
Everbuild S50 mid modulus silicone sealant has been applied to the internal frames, vinyl floors, kitchens and bathrooms.
Most importantly the sealants have been applied to our renowned high standards by our team of qualified joint sealant operatives.
Everbuild Tecnic sealants of choice
Everbuild Tecnic Silicone 825 was our choice externally and the Silicone S50 for the internal sealant work.
Silicone 825 is a low modulus, neutral cure, alcoxy, silicone sealant that adheres to a wide range of surfaces. The benefits of the 825 sealant include excellent tooling, non slump formula, adhesion and weathering properties.
Silicone S50 is an easy tooling, flexible water proof sealant which contains a powerful anti-fungal compound to prevent mould growth.
Highly trained & qualified team
All our operatives are trained to NVQ level 2 or 3 and have passed ‘Working at height’ and ‘Manual handling’ safety courses. They are also fully ‘Health & Safety’ compliant and carry out regular tool box talks and training.
All our managers and supervisors have carried out the SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) for the Construction and Civil Engineering Industries.
